Following a fall, resulting in a fracture of my radius at my left arm on 15 August 2023, I filed a claim with AIA for my accident via my AIA insurance agent Winson Ng and Ethan Liew. The fracture had caused me incapacity and I had to quit my job that required me to use my Arm/hands to lift things. To date, I had been unable to resume my job. After several Doctors’ report and communications over many months, I felt discouraged that my claim had yet to be approved. Imagine my surprise and delight when I received notification on 21st August 2024 that I have been successful in my claim and will receive a lump sum pay out.
